Has it happened to you that you try to access your control panel and after several attempts it no longer loads the page? o Are your email accounts showing user and password errors continuously and you do not see your website on the internet? This may be because your IP address has been blocked by the server's Firewall.<\/p>\n

The Firewall is activated as a security measure to prevent third-party users from trying to access your Web Hosting service and making improper use of it. The Firewall detects the IP of the workspace from where the user tries to connect, the blocking can occur for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

- When trying to access the Control Panel or by FTP with a wrong password (maximum 5 attempts)<\/p>\n

- If the email accounts are not correctly configured in your POP client (Outolook, Thunderbird, etc.)<\/p>\n

- If you have a protected directory on your website and you fail to enter the password more than 5 times.<\/p>\n

- There is a virus in some computer equipment in your workplace.<\/p>\n

These are the most common cases that can cause IP blocking.<\/p>\n

To prevent your IP from being blocked, before logging in you must verify that the passwords are correct, if you have any questions with any of them we recommend contacting the support area to perform maintenance on the accounts.<\/p>\n
