Conocido por sus charlas y conferencias motivadoras, Ferris ha sabido codearse con los CEOs m\u00e1s importantes del mundo y, como ellos, tambi\u00e9n \u00e9l\u00a0<strong>defiende\u00a0<\/strong><strong>las rutinas matinales como una herramienta para triunfar<\/strong>. Pero la mayor\u00eda son tan aburridas como predecibles: meditaci\u00f3n, desayuno sano y completo, ejercicio.\u00a0<em>Bla, bla, bla<\/em>. Por eso, nos hemos fijado en otras rutinas de CEOs que quiz\u00e1 escondan un lado m\u00e1s exc\u00e9ntrico, a tenor de lo que hacen nada m\u00e1s levantarse. Es entonces cuando el tel\u00e9fono no suena, cuando nadie env\u00eda correos y cuando nadie alimenta sus redes sociales.
