Creativity is practical and that is why it needs to be supported by structures
Far from what many leaders think, creativity is not pure chaos. It is a combination of chaos and order. Creativity is actually practical and as such it needs to be supported by structures, structures that must be part of the organization's culture.

2. Creativity developed outside of work also counts
Leaders sometimes complain that their workers are uncreative, but do they bother to encourage their creativity in their spare time? The creativity displayed outside of work and that displayed within the office are closely related and leaders are forced to seek links between one another to get the most creative juice from their employees.

3. Creativity is uncomfortable
Leaders don't like explosive mixes, but creativity flows much better when we bring together people of seemingly conflicting backgrounds, abilities, and aptitudes. Although leaders view friction as negative, friction is actually energy, and energy is the engine of creativity.

4. Creativity is not learned, it is discovered
Creativity is a quality that all of us, if we search a little, can find within ourselves. In reality creativity is not learned, it is discovered. In some people creativity is more hidden than in others, but it always ends up coming to light, if the leaders, of course, go to the trouble of digging it up.

Fountain:

http://www.marketingdirecto.com/

Some creativity is often lacking in the corporate universe.
