Entrar en un<strong>\u00a0mercado fragmentado<\/strong>: que tenga a los compradores fragmentados o que tenga a los proveedores fragmentados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #383838;\">5. Ser capaz de\u00a0<strong>ganarte a los proveedores<\/strong>. Tienes que trabajarlos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #383838;\">6. Tienes que entrar en un\u00a0<strong>mercado con un buen tama\u00f1o<\/strong>. Lo que los inversores denominan como Mercado Total Disponible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #383838;\">7. Debes ser\u00a0<strong>capaz<\/strong>\u00a0luego\u00a0<strong>de expandir ese mercado<\/strong>. Tienes que entrar en un mercado en el que tu propuesta, primero, se pueda convertir en una alternativa real \u00fatil, y, a ser posible, en la referencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #383838;\">8. Debes entrar dentro de\u00a0<strong>un consumo frecuente<\/strong>. Cu\u00e1ntas m\u00e1s posibilidades tengas de que te compren tus consumidores, mejor. Hay mercados en los que, a lo mejor, se hace una compra \u00bfcada dos-tres a\u00f1os?<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #383838;\">9.
