Once the mail program is open, select\u00a0<em>Mail -&gt; Preferences<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac1.jpg\" width=\"553\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 2. To add an account, click on the button\u00a0<em>+<\/em>\u00a0that appears in the lower left of the image framed in red.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac2.jpg\" width=\"556\" height=\"504\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 3. In the following form you have to fill in the fields in such a way:<\/p>\n<p><em>Name<\/em>: Name that you want to appear when sending an e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mail address<\/em>: Email account that you are configuring (your-mail@domain.com).<\/p>\n<p><em>Password<\/em>: The password of the email account.<\/p>\n<p>Once completed advance to the next step with\u00a0<em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac3.jpg\" width=\"556\" height=\"501\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 4. The next thing to complete is the configuration of the mail entry. The data to fill in are:<\/p>\n<p><em>Account type<\/em>: POP<\/p>\n<p><em>Description<\/em>: It is the information that you want to have about this email account (personal account, work account, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><em>Incoming Mail Server<\/em>: mail.your-domain.com (replacing your-domain.com with the domain name of the e-mail being configured).<\/p>\n<p><em>Username<\/em>: It is the email account that is configured (email@your-domain.com).<\/p>\n<p><em>Password<\/em>: Password of the email account.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac4.jpg\" width=\"556\" height=\"501\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once completed select\u00a0<em>Continue\u00a0<\/em>to continue.<\/p>\n<p>Step 5. The account does not have an SSL certificate so you just have to proceed with\u00a0<em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac5.jpg\" width=\"556\" height=\"501\" \/>Step 6. In this step, the output server is configured, for this the form is filled in as follows:<\/p>\n<p><em>Description<\/em>: Information of the account that is being configured.<\/p>\n<p><em>Outgoing mail server<\/em>: mail.your-domain.com (replacing your-domain.com with the name of the domain being configured).<\/p>\n<p>Activate the\u00a0<em>authentication\u00a0<\/em>and complete the connection data to the server:<\/p>\n<p><em>Username<\/em>: Email account that is being configured (email@your-domain.com).<\/p>\n<p><em>Password<\/em>: Password of the email account.<\/p>\n<p>Once completed, continue to move on to the next step.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac6.jpg\" width=\"556\" height=\"502\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 7. As in step 5, as you do not have an SSL certificate, you advance to the next step with\u00a0<em>Continue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.comalis.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagenes\/img\/ayuda\/mailmac7.jpg\" width=\"556\" height=\"501\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 8. In this step, confirmation of the previous steps is requested, in the event that the previous steps have been completed correctly everything will be fine.
