YOU DO NOT HAVE A SEAL CERTIFICATE: If the Taxpayer does not upload a valid seal certificate in the system SICOFI It will not be able to issue CFDIs and it will show us an error message.
Solution
Carry out the procedure to obtain a certificate of stamps, send it to the Treasury and wait for it to authorize it to be able to upload it to the system SICOFI.
To upload the certificate, you must first make the request for the certificate by using the FIEL files and FIEL password, the generation is done with the program granted by the estate called SOLCEDI.
