With more than 29 million views, the Mechanical Engineer Salvador Centeno Estrada, professor at the Faculty of Engineering (FI) of UNAM, has achieved with his channel of Youtube (Salvador FI Faculty of Engineering) captivate your audience through your video classes.
It was in 2008 when he decided to share his knowledge on the platform of Google. His channel promotes new learning methods. "I was thinking: if there is a lot of content on the internet and things that I want to study but are not there, someone has to create them."
With more than 100,000 subscribers, be part of the community YouTube Education Mexico, and its content is focused on students from high school to doctorate, who study topics related to engineering, mathematics and physics.
To create the content for his channel, Salvador relies on the IF agenda from which he has created a series of videos that complete the topics that are reviewed throughout the semester. For him #Edutuber, FI's agendas are so extensive that it is impossible to stay without a topic. The real problem is choosing which one to present in your video classes.
Its audience comes from Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Afghanistan and the United States.
Likewise, Salvador highlighted that the main motivation to generate your content is the comments of your subscribers. "People tell me 'thanks to you I passed my course, because of you I stayed at the university', and I think these are invaluable incentives that have driven me to improve and continue with the project."
