Tired of Facebook ads chasing your history? With Firefox you can avoid it

It has happened to all of us: we go in to look for some sports shoes, video games or even baby products and all day long (on PC and mobile) we are haunted by advertisements of the same category that we previously browsed. If you saw some Nike and entered MercadoLibre or the official page, you will not stop seeing that ad, even on your Facebook !, and not to mention other websites or even on another device linked to your accounts.

This is thanks to the dozens of trackers that contain the websites that we commonly visit (that's why many have a giant legend that asks for your authorization to see them since they save minimal information from your browser).

As this is usually hateful or even unethical, in Firefox they thought of an option to contain your browsing on Facebook and thus give inaccurate data to the social network to keep the rest of your history private. This is the \ It \ him Facebook Container Extension Mozilla's browser, which has recently been completely redone to become a competitive option and free, too, from the influence of the great villain of digital ads: Google via AdSense / DFP / Adwords.

In addition to containing your information to Facebook, the Container now it also shields the Messenger webapp (available at messenger.com) and Instagram.

In case you were wondering, the Container also filters the cookies of Facebook on third-party websites that use blue company scripts or widgets.
