What should I do to register products in Adminit?

Modules: Inventory and Kits / Recipes

Once you have configured your Adminit (First Steps with Adminit), you will need to register your products.

Before continuing, you will need to register your Categories. Without category it is not possible to register products. In the Inventory module, entering through the left side menu, you will look for an options menu (button with 3 dots) and you will select 'Manage Categories'. There you will register the categories of your products, for example: 'Refreshments', 'School supplies', 'Tools', etc.

Then, you will enter the Inventory module again. When you log in, in the upper left you will find the New Article button.

What can we record of the products?

  • Linear barcode
  • Some product identifier
  • Name
  • Category
  • Unit of measurement
  • Provider (can be none)
  • Stock minimum for warnings.
  • If it is a service (not to contemplate the inventory).
  • Photo
  • Cost without taxes
  • Sale price
  • Branch Amount

Information is similar for Kits. Kits are a collection of products. Like a restaurant combo.
